Friends & Connections

QISES works within a much wider community of people who care for salmon and watersheds – from large organizations to grassroots groups – to individuals who care.  We can’t do it without you!

QISES receives both government and NGO funding, and collaborates with a diverse network of organizations.  Most importantly, Quadra Salmon receives support, information, and enthusiastic volunteer energy from the Quadra Island community.

Quadra Islanders support Quadra Salmon through volunteer work, communication, the “grapevine” of interest in fish and forests that are so crucial to our homes & community.  Our day-to-day activities are supported by the TruValu Foods Spirit Board points (#257), generously supported by the community.
